31. Januar 2013: Die Übernahmekommission hat festgestellt, dass das am 8. März 2012 öffentlich angekündigte und am 11. Oktober 2012 abgeschlossene Rückkaufprogramm von Absolute Invest AG (Transaktion Nr. 505) Bestimmungen zum Übernahmerecht verletzt hat. Ein allfälliges neues Rückkaufprogramm von Absolute Invest AG wird daher nur unter bestimmten Auflagen freigestellt.
31 janvier 2013: La Commission des OPA a constaté que le programme de rachat d'actions de Absolute Invest AG publié le 8 mars 2012 et clôt le 11 octobre 2012 (transaction n° 505) a violé certaines dispositions du droit des OPA. Un éventuel nouveau programme de rachat par Absolute Invest AG ne sera exonéré que sous respect de certaines charges.
31 January 2013: The Swiss Takeover Board has acknowledged that the buyback program of Absolute Invest AG (transaction-no 505), notifed on 8th March 2012 and terminated on 11th October 2012, has not met the provisions of takeover law. A possible new buyback program of Absolute Invest AG will be exempted only with certain conditions.
