Conclusion of the consultation regarding the application of Swiss GAAP FER

Following the consultation period, the responsible committee of the Regulatory Board has come to the conclusion that there is currently no immediate regulatory need to take action with respect to the accounting standard applied. Following the further development of Swiss GAAP FER that has been initiated for listed companies, there is a chance that the Swiss domestic standard will become increasingly comparable to international standards. The responsible bodies will monitor this trend carefully.

Abschluss der Vernehmlassung zur Anwendung von Swiss GAAP FER

Nach Abschluss der Vernehmlassung ist der zuständige Ausschuss des Regulatory Boards zum Schluss gekommen, dass bezüglich Rechnungslegung-Standard zur Zeit kein unmittelbarer regulatorischer Handlungsbedarf besteht. Mit der eingeleiteten Weiterentwicklung von Swiss GAAP FER für kotierte Gesellschaften besteht die Aussicht, dass der Schweizer Domestic Standard an internationaler Vergleichbarkeit gewinnen wird. Diese Entwicklung werden die zuständigen Organe aufmerksam verfolgen.

Après la clôture de la consultation, le comité compétent du Regulatory Board a estimé qu’il n’existait pour l’heure aucun besoin immédiat de régulation en matière de normes comptables. L’introduction des Swiss GAAP RPC complémentaires pour les sociétés cotées ouvre la perspective d’une amélioration de la comparabilité internationale du Domestic Standard suisse. Les organes compétents suivront cette évolution attentivement.
