Zurich platziert erfolgreich nachrangige Anleihe in Höhe von USD 500 Millionen

Zurich Insurance Group (Zurich) hat heute die erfolgreiche Platzierung einer nachrangigen Anleihe in Höhe von USD 500 Millionen (die „Anleihe“) bekannt gegeben.

Die Anleihe, welche erstmals im Oktober 2034 kündbar ist und im April 2055 zur Rückzahlung fällig wird, wird von Zurich Finance (Ireland) II DAC ausgegeben. Der jährliche Zinssatz wurde bis April 2035 auf 5.50% festgelegt.

Die Transaktion richtete sich an europäische und asiatische Investoren und wurde für allgemeine geschäftliche Zwecke durchgeführt.
