Montana Aerospace AG announces successful closing of divestment of its e-mobility segment

Montana Aerospace AG (the “Company”) and its operating subsidiaries (the “Group” or “Montana Aerospace”), a leading, highly-vertically integrated manufacturer and supplier of system components and complex assemblies for the aerospace-, e-mobility- and energy industry with worldwide engineering and manufacturing operations, today announces the successful closing of the divestment of Alu Menziken Extrusion AG (“Alu Menziken Group” or “Alu Menziken”)

Montana Aerospace today announces the successful closing of the divestment of Alu Menziken Group. Alu Menziken incorporated the former e-mobility segment of Montana Aerospace AG.
In June 2024, Montana Aerospace signed an agreement with Mengtai Group to divest 100% of shares of Alu Menziken (see ad hoc announcement of the Company dated 12 June 2024).
For the Group, this transaction represents a critical step in executing the previously announced strategy to streamline the portfolio towards a more focused aerostructures player. Furthermore, the deal guarantees Alu Menziken an eminent new owner, who will support the company in the best possible way to realize its growth plans.
