Credit Suisse today completed the sale and leaseback of its Uetlihof office complex in Zurich.

Zurich, November 29, 2012 Credit Suisse today completed the sale and leaseback of its Uetlihof office complex in Zurich to Norges Bank Investment Management (NBIM), which is acting as a buyer on behalf of the Norwegian Government Pension Fund Global. The purchase price of CHF 1.0 billion will result in an expected gain of CHF 83.7 million after tax for Credit Suisse that will be recognized over the term of the lease.
